Actually the outlets are considered cheap in terms of the actual price of the goods (Hugo Boss for example) but to us, it's still ex =( a pair of jeans is still about 100 SGD or about 70-80 in Levis. heh. so we got quite high comparing the prices but didn't buy much in the end. lol!
