time for some updates =D

i was checking the total amount of space my europe trip pictures took up and guess what? it's 11GB in total! whoaaaa there are wanwei's pics too but still! haha scary =/ must be all the lame photos and food pics hahaha!

it's memory refreshing time! let's rewind to one month and five days ago... on the day of my birthday!

we chose a irish pub for my bday dinner =) they have a huge screen showing live matches (that night it was netherlands vs russia) and we were seating right in front of it! haha

my bangers 'n' mash - it's mouth-watering and was sooooo good! their mashed potatoes are one of the best i've ever eaten seriously! i didn't know irish pubs are so good with their food haha.

didn't manage to get shots of yvonne and wanwei and peisin cos the former two went off to get a surprise cake for me =) and all the pics i have of peisin are in her camera! haha


they sourced for so long and finally managed to get half a full cake, with oreo cheese too!!! =D yipppeee thanks girls!! i really appreciate the effort you all put in and finding a cake in a foreign city and surprising me is doubly hard when we have to stick tog as a group haha

ohoh this is funny. you know, they operate a honour system in europe, it's like for train fares, you have to buy your own ticket and be responsible for it, cos there are no gates forcing you to buy the tickets before you board the train or whatsoever. so it kinda boils down to your integrity. same for their papers. lol! here it says $1.50 in euros, so you are supposed to take the newspaper and drop $1.50 into a compartment behind the newspaper. well, we didn't take the papaer but i acted for the camera's sake haha. if there are these kind of stuff in singapore, i tell you, it'll be total chaos. hahaha
