More interesting facts about Germany:
1. Their daylight is from 5am to 10pm - can you believe it? haha! it means that there's more time for me to explore the place! but too bad most shops closes at about 7 or 8pm. i hate going home after it gets dark though, cos the streets are really quiet and very very dark. O.o i miss Singapore's lights haha
2. They are REALLY into recycling and protecting the environment here - the plastic water bottles you drink can be refunded for money at almost every supermarket or minimarts =D you get about 40 to 50 cents SGD for every bottle, so my host family collects all the paper and plastic stuff to recycle. =D i'm getting the hang of it, and also not using plastic bags here cos they don't give plastic bags freely when you buy stuff unless you ask for it. i like being nice to the earth. heh.
Now, for pictures and updates when i leave Frankfurt for Stuttgart (the place i'm studying at) and Ludwigsburg (a town in Stuttgart where I live) =D Frankfurt is lovely but i think i like Stuttgart more because of the scenery and the vast greenery in Luwigsburg, not mentioning their palaces and cool shops too!
